SALES CONSULTANTS AND DESIGNERS

We are constantly looking for talented, sales consultants and designers to work within our national team.

Candidates must possess a special blend of knowledge, including design skills and the ability to communicate comfortably with high net worth individuals.

All Richmond Oak projects are bespoke and unlike some of the more traditional brands we welcome complex projects that require innovative solutions and designs. Therefore, it is crucial that candidates have a good understanding of the technical implications of a project including building work.

Sales Consultants are also expected to prepare design proposals using the software we provide or their own traditional hand designs.

If you have worked for conservatory businesses such as Amdega, Fawsley or Marston & Langinger, have the type of experience we describe and a successful track history, we would particularly like to hear from you.

If your experience has been in door-to-door canvassing and selling budget conservatories it is unlikely that you will have the experience and presence we are looking for.

We are particularly interested in candidates based or willing to work in the Midlands, South Yorkshire and the West of England, although we will be pleased to interview candidates in other areas with the skills described above.

CAD DESIGNERS

We are prepared to consider experienced freelance CAD designers who have experience of timber conservatory construction and are prepared to work from home either full-time or part time and spend a few days with us each month learning more about our business.

Candidates must be self-starters, be prepared to work to and meet deadlines and have an eye for detail. Knowledge of the Conservatory business is not essential.

These positions will appeal to CAD designers who like working on innovative bespoke solutions and the daily challenge of creating outstanding conservatory designs that will add to our portfolio of award-winning work.

EXPERIENCED FITTING TEAMS

Due to the ever-increasing demand for our conservatories we are looking for fitting teams to take on assignments across most areas of the UK.

You must be skilled in the installation of bespoke hardwood conservatories and orangeries and working with quality timber. You should also be able to demonstrate several years previous experience working with businesses such as Amdega, Fawsley, David Salisbury and Marston & Langinger.

We expect our teams to be reliable, efficient and trustworthy, have all the appropriate tools, a reliable van and to have an eye for detail. The work includes installations at the homes of professional businesspeople and at hotels and restaurants. It essential that you have an attitude to FINISH a job to a VERY HIGH STANDARD and not leave unnecessary snagging for others.

BUILDERS

We are always open to considering applications from Builders who are used to working within private homes, who we can introduce to our clients. Tidiness, accuracy of brickwork, cleanliness and a good manner with people are essential.
