LOUNGE CONSERVATORY

If you are looking for a room that will allow you some peace and quiet to relax in, a conservatory used as a lounge is ideal. Being a little away from the rest of the house and usually divided from it with double doors, it can be an oasis of calm and tranquillity. A view into the garden and perhaps trees outside will add to this and a south-facing conservatory will enable you to enjoy winter sun without the cold and wind from outside.

Add a few indoor plants – as a conservatory was originally intended for – and you will have a space that is ideal to relax in, alone or with friends. You can banish TV’s to other parts of the house and make it a place to relax with a coffee in the morning or something stronger when the sun goes down.
