REAR OF PROPERTY CONSERVATORY

Adding a conservatory to the rear of your property is certainly the easiest proposition when it comes to applying for any necessary Planning Permission or meeting Building Regulations.

If there is no side access to the back of your home and if it cannot be approached via an access road at the rear, the builder may have problems with assembly and build. All the materials will have to be carried through your home and you will have to put up with builders and fitters traipsing through your home during the construction process.

In exceptional circumstances you may be able to persuade a friendly neighbour to allow you access via their garden, but you may have to bribe them with a case or two of wine and be ready to make good any damage to their garden and lawns.
