Certificate of Ownership

Along with your application for planning permission you will need to send a Certificate of Ownership. There are two types of these, firstly one when you are the owner; secondly a certificate when you are not the owner.

Most councils will allow you to download a Certificate of Ownership for you to complete from their website.
